Efe Alyanak, MBA

Healthcare and Life Sciences Expert

Efe Alyanak is a partner with a distinguished career in healthcare and life sciences strategy and deal advisory. At KPMG, Efe advised on major performance transformation and deal transaction projects involving biopharmaceutical assets, medical devices, life science products and services, healthcare services, and private equity. His expertise includes commercial and operational due diligence, go-to-market strategies, and the development of growth and enterprise rebranding strategies for leading healthcare and life sciences organizations. Additionally, Efe was a member of KPMG’s Precision Medicine team and helped lead thought leadership in novel Dx technologies and disease areas like neurodegeneration. Prior to his role at KPMG, Efe worked as a microbiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where he led the development and validation of clinical diagnostic assays as well as next-gen genomic workflows and contributed to public health initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Efe’s experience also includes quality assurance operations in medical device manufacturing at Becton Dickinson, further solidifying his deep understanding of healthcare operations.

Dr. David Madukauwa-David

Strategic and Technical Leader

Dr. David Madukauwa-David is a partner specializing in strategy, operational excellence, and transformative change within the biopharma, medical devices, and technology industries. With over a decade of experience, David has led high-impact M&A strategies, optimized supply chain operations, and driven digital transformation initiatives for global corporations and private equity. His prior management consulting work at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and DMD Advisory group included guiding multinational medical device firms through market entry and acquisition strategies in multiple therapeutic areas, optimizing operations for biopharma companies, and facilitating enterprise-wide cost optimization for clients in energy, logistics, and other sectors. David’s technical background at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Georgia Tech are equally impressive, with advanced research and development in medical devices and bioengineering, including work on prosthetic heart valves and novel imaging techniques. His comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of the life sciences and tech industries makes him an invaluable member of EVIDA Capital Partners.

Vidura Ufeli, MBA

Operational and Financial Strategist

Vidura Ufeli is a partner with expertise in both public and private company audits, as well as corporate restructuring and turnaround management. His career, firmly grounded in financial services and consulting, has seen him successfully guide complex restructuring initiatives across a broad spectrum of industries, including logistics, energy, and telecommunications. During his tenure at Alvarez & Marsal, Vidura was instrumental in negotiating critical credit agreements, overseeing cash flow and liquidity management, and crafting business plans that not only drive performance improvement but also ensure financial resilience and strategic alignment.

Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Vidura honed his skills as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he excelled in advising clients on post-acquisition audits and navigating companies through intricate financial transactions. His exceptional ability to stabilize companies during financial crises and enhance long-term value makes him a key asset to EVIDA Capital Partners’ investment strategy, particularly within the logistics sector.
